Every artwork and poster print showcased on Illusion Art Gallery is produced using premium archival-grade materials, authentic pigment inks, and heavy GSM paper by our studio in Kolkata. Original artworks come with a verified Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PRICING:

All artwork and poster print prices listed on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to revision based on dimensions, paper finish, and framing options.

3. CUSTOM PORTRAIT & POSTER COMMISSIONS:

Bespoke commissions require advance confirmation to schedule studio production and allocate materials. Photo/video previews are shared prior to dispatch for custom orders.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT:

All brand assets, original artwork designs, poster illustrations, sketches, and promotional media displayed on this website are the proprietary artistic property of Illusion Art Gallery and the creating artist. Physical purchase transfers ownership of the physical print or canvas, while copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless transferred under a commercial contract.

5. USER CONDUCT & ACCURACY OF REFERENCE PHOTOS:

Clients commissioning custom portraits or prints must provide clear, high-resolution reference photos. Illusion Art Gallery is not liable for likeness variances resulting from blurry or low-quality reference images.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Illusion Art Gallery shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential transit delays caused by customs clearance, weather emergencies, or courier logistics disruptions beyond reasonable control.
